Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that encompass psychological, emotional, and social factors to identify patient needs and inform treatment planning.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to individual, couples, and family dynamics.

• Facilitate support and psychoeducational groups aimed at fostering community and providing shared learning experiences among patients dealing with similar challenges.

• Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services as necessary, responding efficiently to mental health emergencies with appropriate support and resources.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and region-specific community resources to aid in recovery.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation that adheres to legal, ethical, and organizational standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage actively in case consultations and team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights for continuous improvement.

• Stay informed on current research within the mental health field to integrate contemporary practices into patient treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington State, with the ability to maintain compliance with state regulations.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and current best practices in psychotherapy.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed mental health assessments and craft effective treatment plans that address individual patient needs.

• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations, with a firm understanding of culturally competent practices.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a capacity for empathy and building rapport with patients.

• Sound ethical judgment, with a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications to document clinical activity.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health setting or outpatient clinic is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
