Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments aimed at evaluating clients' mental health and emotional wellness, utilizing standardized tools and interviews.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals, adjusting them as needed to reflect changes in progress or circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, with a focus on fostering resilience and recovery.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, using client management software to track assessment results, treatment efficacy, and session notes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to assist clients facing acute challenges.

• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in line with legal requirements, utilizing secure technology for record-keeping.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals in a multidisciplinary approach to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications\n
