Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote and utilizes telehealth technology, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home. Our organization values work-life balance; therefore, we maintain a Monday to Friday work schedule from 9 AM to 4 PM. Flexibility may be necessary depending on patient needs, ensuring that we provide services at times convenient for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments that utilize evidence-based methodologies to design personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring adherence to proven therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain comprehensive, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of patient confidentiality.

• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, participating in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance overall care quality.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying abreast of recent research and practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds, dealing with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship challenges. We aim to equip every client with the tools needed for personal growth and resilience, leading to improved overall mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated ability to apply solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapy interventions to effectively meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills to facilitate trust and positive engagement with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
