Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via video calls, focusing on improving clients' mental health and emotional well-being.

• Encouraging clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences to foster self-awareness and development.

• Acting as an advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying personal goals and developing specific strategies to achieve those objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with stable adults who have low acuity mental health concerns, ensuring a supportive environment void of severe mental health cases. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure from your state’s licensing board, permitting independent practice. Accepted licenses include LMFT, LMHC, and LICSW. Note: No limited or provisional licenses or candidates with disciplinary actions will be considered.

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion towards clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for virtual counseling sessions, including familiarity with our therapy platform.

Preferred Experience\n

While specific experience requirements may vary, candidates with a demonstrated history of working with similar client populations or using telehealth methodologies will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with your hours and experience. Additional benefits include:
