Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement clinical treatment programs tailored to the unique needs of each client, whether they are facing acute or chronic mental health challenges.
\n
• Conduct thorough psychological assessments, prepare intake summaries, create individualized treatment plans, and maintain comprehensive, confidential records in compliance with state regulations and NCQA standards.
\n
• Provide psychotherapy in various formats — individual, couples, families, and group therapy — to address a wide spectrum of mental health issues.
\n
• Engage in staff meetings to collaboratively evaluate and enhance treatment programs while ensuring all team members are aligned in their approach to client care.
\n
• Collaborate with prescribing physicians to support the screening and evaluation process for clients who may benefit from psychotropic medications.
\n
• Supervise and mentor Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors when necessary and upon completion of supervision courses.

• Provide education and support to clients’ families as appropriate to enhance treatment adherence and overall family involvement in the healing process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions. You will be instrumental in developing meaningful therapeutic relationships that promote trust, comfort, and a safe space for vulnerability. Your role will be critical in aiding clients through life's challenges, addressing issues from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active license in the State of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in a telehealth setting or familiarity with digital therapy platforms is advantageous.

• Demonstrated expertise in providing outpatient psychotherapy and a strong background in creating therapeutic treatment plans.

• Experience in supervising junior staff or interns, specifically in a clinical setting, is preferred.

• Attractive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and clinical experience.
