Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and craft personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Engage in collaboration with other professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure seamless and integrated care for our clients, contributing significantly to their treatment journey.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, utilizing your clinical expertise and empathetic approach to support them through distressing moments.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and connect with underserved populations in Rochester.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

Preferred Experience\n
