This position is primarily remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their own homes while still making a significant impact in the lives of our patients. Our outpatient office structure ensures a collaborative and cooperative team culture where therapists regularly engage in team meetings and consultations to discuss challenging cases and share insights. While the set work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be some required flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify the unique needs and challenges of each patient.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Offer crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, providing immediate support and guidance.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training to remain abreast of the latest developments in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n
