Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows therapists to work remotely while connecting with patients through virtual platforms, offering the flexibility to accommodate both professional and personal commitments. Our regular work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the potential for some flexible scheduling to meet patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Florida.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, alongside a strong commitment to cultural competence in therapy.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy in a manner that is both culturally responsive and tailored to the patients' needs.

• Proficient crisis intervention skills and an ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated aptitude for building rapport with a wide range of clients.

• Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with computer applications relevant to therapy documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
