Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs effectively, utilizing diagnostic skills and sound clinical judgment.

• Develop individualized and personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique strengths, challenges, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or dialectical behavior therapy, in individual, group, and family settings.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, employing therapeutic techniques to stabilize clients in acute distress and guiding them through challenging situations.

• Engage in proactive community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and education to destigmatize mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD).
