Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their specific needs and establish achievable therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to coordinate integrated care for each patient.

• Educate patients and their families on the impacts of addiction, recovery approaches, and community resources available for ongoing support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals battling substance use disorders, many of whom may also face co-occurring mental health issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and their paths to recovery are unique. You will play a crucial role in fostering a safe and judgment-free environment where they feel empowered to share their challenges and triumphs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• In-depth understanding of substance use disorders and knowledge of effective treatment modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and group therapy within a substance treatment context.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a non-judgmental and empathetic approach.

• Capacity to maintain ethical professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and boundary adherence.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and strong computer skills.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years experience in mental health counseling, specifically with a focus on substance use rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
