Work Environment\n

This counseling position is primarily remote, offering flexibility and convenience for both staff and clients. Though the role has a digital component, it is supported by an outpatient office strategically located to facilitate face-to-face sessions as needed. The work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening shifts required based on patient needs, ensuring that we can accommodate those who may require additional support outside of regular hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' mental health and psychosocial needs to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges related to substance use.

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a combination of motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to foster healing and growth.

• Lead group therapy sessions, focusing on shared experiences and recovery strategies, while providing a safe space for clients to connect and support each other.

• Maintain collaborative relationships with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services effectively during substance-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive immediate and appropriate assistance.

• Educate patients and their families on addiction recovery processes, coping strategies, and how to navigate available community resources.

• Document patient interactions and treatment progress accurately and in compliance with legal and ethical standards, leveraging our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities, keeping abreast of new methodologies and advances in the treatment of addiction.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus available.
