Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and regularly adjust comprehensive treatment plans to track client progress and adapt strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to offer holistic care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Keep meticulous documentation related to client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Manage a caseload that allows for the accurate and timely support of clients, ensuring effective follow-ups and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
