Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial consultations and regular assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and identify appropriate treatment modalities.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health disorders, using evidence-based techniques and interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing clients with tools and strategies to manage their symptoms effectively.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Document all client interactions accurately in the EHR system, maintaining precise records of progress, treatment plans, and any referrals made.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay informed on the latest evidence-based practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing issues related to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, and other prevalent mental health conditions. Your experience and cultural competence will be instrumental in creating a therapeutic alliance and fostering trust with each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• Comprehensive understanding of various mental health disorders and treatment methodologies, with a strong background in evidence-based practices.

• Proven ability to deliver therapy that is both culturally responsive and inclusive, effectively addressing the needs of diverse client populations.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and capacity to manage challenging situations with professionalism and calmness.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building rapport and working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
