Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health statuses to identify issues and formulate diagnosis-driven treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a varied patient population experiencing diverse mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. You will be instrumental in providing culturally competent care that respects the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

  A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is a must.

  A current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona is required.

  A minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services in a relevant clinical setting.

SharpLane Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a potential sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
