Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Essential Grace, you will engage with a diverse clientele that may include individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and various life stressors. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment strategies, including trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
