Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate the mental health and substance use needs of patients, identifying their goals and potential barriers to success.

• Create tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, focusing on building rapport and establishing trust to facilitate open communication, exploration, and healing.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, offering a supportive environment for patients to share experiences, develop coping strategies, and foster accountability among peers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Proven knowledge of substance use disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatments and recovery-oriented care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position aligns with our industry standards, offering an annual compensation of USD 80,000 to 100,000, along with performance-based bonuses.
