The role of a Mental Health Counselor at Discovery Cove involves working in a supportive remote environment, enabling you to connect with clients across various locations while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. While the core hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, flexibility is required for some evening shifts depending on client needs. You will work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and social workers, to ensure that all aspects of a patient's care are integrated and supportive.
