Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through telehealth, making psychological support accessible to clients regardless of location.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population encompasses a diverse array of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. As a mental health counselor at Omni Family, you will empower your clients through holistic therapeutic interventions, guiding them towards personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills with a non-judgmental approach.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a virtual setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health counseling, preferably in a private practice or telehealth setting.

• Previous experience with life coaching or group therapy is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
