Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through virtual consultations, building rapport and trust from the outset.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Implement therapeutic interventions for a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse, facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt therapy approaches as necessary, ensuring that clients receive the best possible care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive support and referrals when needed.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique challenges. Our clients come from various cultural backgrounds, necessitating a culturally competent approach to treatment. You will be particularly focused on individuals dealing with mental health disorders, such as depression and anxiety, as well as those struggling with addiction and other psychological challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver individual and group therapy with a culturally responsive approach.

• Excellent interpersonal and crisis intervention skills, with a capability to handle challenging situations effectively.

• Proficient in using EHR systems and computer applications to manage patient information and documentation.

• Commitment to ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing teletherapy services or remote counseling, demonstrating an adaptability to virtual environments.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Experience working with clients from underserved communities or those experiencing systemic barriers to mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
