Our core hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, though there may be occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the unique needs and treatment goals of individuals seeking support for substance use disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions effective for addiction recovery.

• Facilitate motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) sessions, addressing both mental health and addiction issues.

• Lead dynamic group therapy sessions that engage clients in their recovery process and build community support among participants.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, integrated care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention support for patients experiencing substance-related emergencies, ensuring immediate assistance is accessible.

• Educate patients and their families about addiction, recovery strategies, community resources, and support networks essential for long-term success.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling).

• Possession of relevant professional licenses: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

• Strong understanding of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities appropriate for addiction recovery.

• Demonstrated experience delivering individual and group therapy specifically focused on addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
