Key Responsibilities\n

• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes that reflect the advancements of clients and pinpoint areas for further development.

• Organize and facilitate training sessions for team members to ensure they are proficient in the program’s operational protocols and documentation requirements.

• Engage in follow-up interviewing and home visit activities to reassure clients that their ongoing needs are being met beyond initial sessions.

Qualifications\n
