Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and backgrounds.

• Deliver high-quality individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that align with the identified goals and preferences of each client.
\n
• Complete and maintain detailed documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulatory standards.

• Design personalized crisis plans, safety plans (as needed), relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans that support clients in achieving and maintaining stability.
\n
• Develop and implement discharge plans that reflect clients’ progress and ensure continuity of care post-therapy.
\n
• Adhere to all relevant federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, as well as Impireum’s internal policies and procedures, to safeguard the integrity of your clinical practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and supervision, maintaining and enhancing your competence and skill set.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with team members to improve service delivery.
\n
• Complete all necessary licensure and mandatory training requirements annually to remain compliant and proficient in your role.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required, leading to licensure in your specialty area.

• You must hold an active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly with varying age groups and diverse populations, is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
