The role entails adherence to standard business hours, specifically Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients experiencing mood disorders, detailing the severity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms.

• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the client's specific needs, goals, and therapeutic preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Provide education to clients and their families about mood disorders, therapy options, and self-care strategies to enhance understanding and support.

• Monitor and assess client progress throughout the therapeutic process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on assessments and feedback.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, discussing treatment options and coordinating interventions.

• Remain informed of the latest research and best practices in mood disorders, integrating new knowledge into the treatment framework.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed therapist at Renewed Horizons Therapy, you will primarily serve individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You will work with a diverse clientele that spans various backgrounds, ages, and life experiences, providing them with personalized support and therapeutic strategies to cope with their unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities specifically for mood disorders, including but not limited to CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology to effectively collaborate and communicate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

• A proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for clients dealing with mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills, allowing for the establishment of rapport with a wide range of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health setting or outpatient practice is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
