Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Fast Pace Mental Health Clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Your ability to engage with clients from various ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds will enhance your clinical experience and cultural competence, enabling you to provide effective and relatable therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field is required; a master’s or doctorate in these fields is highly preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport and build strong therapeutic relationships with a diverse clientele.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with individuals from all walks of life.

• Strong organizational capabilities to manage time efficiently and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience within a clinical mental health setting, with demonstrated success in handling diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
