Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status to formulate tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, in individual and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention as necessary, using your expertise to support clients experiencing acute mental distress.

• Participate in community outreach efforts by conducting workshops and seminars aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing social stigma associated with mental illness.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to establish therapeutic rapport with clients.

• Exhibit cultural awareness and sensitivity to adeptly interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills, ensuring that documentation and reporting are completed accurately and efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years working in a mental health setting, particularly in a community health clinic.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, which will be commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
