Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs and crafting personalized treatment plans to address those needs.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques to deliver effective therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, adapting your approach to suit the unique circumstances of each client.

• Collaborating with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated, client-centered care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Providing crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health challenges, employing your expertise to stabilize situations and connect individuals to necessary emergency support.

• Participating in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and connect individuals in need with services, further emphasizing the clinic's mission to provide access to care.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients of various backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity when engaging with clients from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure detailed and timely documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and other relevant client information.
