Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices and formulate personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs.

• Implement therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized techniques, to facilitate effective treatment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory standards, ensuring compliance in all therapeutic documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health practitioners to develop comprehensive care strategies.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
