Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health history to identify their needs and goals.

• Develop customized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness approaches.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions, adapting techniques as necessary to foster personal growth, resilience, and emotional healing.

• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies based on client feedback and outcome measures.

• Document therapy sessions accurately to ensure compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
