Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate approaches.

• Work alongside case managers and psychiatrists to coordinate a comprehensive treatment plan, ensuring clear communication among all professionals involved in a client's care.

• Engage in crisis intervention techniques, providing immediate support for clients in acute distress or emergency situations, leveraging your clinical expertise and empathetic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will serve a diverse range of clients across various age groups and backgrounds, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Providing culturally sensitive care, your work will foster an inclusive environment that respects each client’s unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a master’s degree or doctor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships effectively.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, with a strong understanding of and sensitivity to diverse client backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in settings serving a diverse clientele.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to efficiently document care and manage caseloads.

Compensation and Benefits\n
