Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate students' mental health concerns, thereby crafting tailored treatment plans that address their specific issues and aspirations.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of treatment sessions, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines mandated in the field.

• Provide psychoeducation to students and their families, promoting awareness and active involvement in the treatment process.

• Stay updated with the latest research and practices in mental health therapy to provide clients with informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on supporting students in K-12 education settings, helping them navigate various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related disciplines is preferred.

• At least two years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling, particularly with school-aged children or adolescents.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices, particularly in addressing childhood and adolescent mental health issues.

• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering telehealth services and utilizing digital platforms for therapy sessions.

• Specialized training or certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, or similar methodologies.

• Demonstrated success in working within educational settings and collaborating with teachers and school administrators.

• Attractive salary range between USD 60,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
