Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans that guide therapy.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing various therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and educational staff to ensure well-rounded, holistic care that addresses the multifaceted needs of our clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention and emotional support to clients in acute distress, applying your expertise to stabilize emotional states and protect safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on serving school-aged children and adolescents who are navigating various mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
