Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' mental health needs, creating individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and other modalities geared toward children and adolescents.

• Work closely with school administration, teachers, and other educational professionals to coordinate a multidisciplinary approach to student care, ensuring that mental health strategies are implemented in the classroom.

• Respond effectively to crises, providing immediate support and intervention for students experiencing acute mental health issues or emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or family issues. You will play a crucial role in not only providing therapy but also advocating for students' mental health needs within the educational system.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, specifically tailored to establish trust and rapport with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage a caseload effectively, ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
