Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, identifying concerns and developing individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and aspirations.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to engage clients effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care, fostering an integrated treatment process.

• Monitor clients' progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring open communication and constructive feedback that guides clients through their recovery journey.

• Educate and support families of clients, facilitating family therapy sessions and providing resources that enhance the treatment experience and encourage active participation in recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from varied backgrounds with diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree is required, with preference given to candidates who possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated competence through specialized training or substantial experience in mental health counseling is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of professional experience is the minimum requirement, candidates with additional experience in trauma-informed care or community mental health settings will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus, allowing seamless service delivery to our client base.
