Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and develop a tailored understanding of their needs.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing solution-focused approaches to help them navigate their mental health challenges.

• Deliver virtual therapy effectively through teletherapy platforms, fostering a therapeutic alliance in a remote setting.

• Respond to crisis situations when necessary, utilizing de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies to ensure client safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client population in the Lowell, Massachusetts area, addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship struggles. Each therapist has the opportunity to tailor their approach to meet the unique needs of their clientele, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• No history of disciplinary actions on board is required.
