Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, mindfulness-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, facilitating sessions that promote mental wellness and emotional regulation.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, stressors, and therapeutic goals, utilizing active listening and clinical interviewing skills.

• Facilitate individual and group mindfulness sessions, teaching clients essential techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises, and self-reflection practices to help manage stress and enhance emotional well-being.

• Design and lead group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies, fostering a supportive community among participants.

You will be working primarily with community members seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in direct mental health treatment, with a focus on mindfulness practices preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
