Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while remaining connected to a robust and collaborative team. Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotational basis to accommodate our clients. You will leverage technology and secure digital platforms to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, determining severity and impact on daily functioning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting specific measurable goals tailored to their needs and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively treat mood disorders.

• Provide ongoing education and resources to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-management strategies.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans based on their evolving needs, collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals as necessary.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans to ensure compliance with legal and ethical requirements.

• Engage in professional development opportunities, including attending case consultations and team meetings, to continually enhance your clinical skills.

• Act as an advocate for clients, working towards reducing stigma associated with mental health and ensuring their voices are heard in their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients struggling with mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our client population is diverse, representing various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years post-licensure experience, specializing in treating mood disorders.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Knowledge of psychopharmacology and collaborative care models to work effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.

• A proven track record of achieving positive outcomes in mood disorder treatment.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by bonuses and a sign-on bonus.
