This full-time remote position allows you to make a significant impact on the mental health of individuals while delivering compassionate care from the comfort of your own home or our outpatient office in Mesa, Arizona.

This role allows for a flexible remote work setting, facilitating work-life balance while still enabling you to engage in crucial in-person consultations as needed. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting with mood disorders, determining symptom severity, duration, and impact on daily functioning.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, goals, and preferences, utilizing strong clinical judgment and empathy.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' mood-related issues.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mood disorders, treatment pathways, and strategies for self-care.

• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on individual progress and changing needs.

• Engage in regular communication and collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care strategies are enacted.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions, assessments, and treatment results in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance clinical practice and integrate new findings into patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic primarily serves individuals experiencing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You will work with a diverse demographic, including adults from various backgrounds, ensuring our therapeutic approaches are culturally sensitive and accessible.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Arizona.
\n
• A thorough understanding of psychopharmacology and an ability to engage collaboratively with medical professionals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families, reflecting empathy and respect for diversity.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years post-licensure experience with a focus on mood disorders is preferred.

• Proven proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.
