Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms of mood disorders, including their severity, frequency, and history.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State is essential.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders is preferred.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities for mood disorders, especially CBT and DBT, is crucial for effective client treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
