Work Environment\n

This position employs a remote work model, providing flexibility while still ensuring robust interaction and collaboration with colleagues. The work hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Occasionally, team members may be required to work evenings or weekends on a rotational basis to meet the diverse needs of our clients. By utilizing modern telehealth technologies, you will reach patients where they are most comfortable, ensuring accessibility and comfort in their treatment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, encompassing their severity, frequency, and duration, to establish a baseline for therapeutic intervention.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that focus on their specific goals, needs, and preferences, integrating methods that are both practical and culturally sensitive.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in managing conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders.

• Offer education to clients and their families about mood disorders, exploring treatment options, self-care strategies, and the importance of mental wellness.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress throughout the treatment journey, adjusting their treatment plans as needed to reflect changes in their condition or goals.

• Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated treatment and comprehensive care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments, which can enhance the therapeutic options available to clients.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with health regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development workshops to continuously enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, specifically in working with mood disorders.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment methods, particularly CBT and DBT, with the ability to implement these strategies effectively in a therapeutic setting.

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology and its role in treatment, along with a demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with medical professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
