Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, enabling a flexible work-life balance while still being an integral part of our outpatient services. Although primarily virtual, therapists will engage in collaborative team efforts, including case consultations and team meetings, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care. Our therapists typically work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, focusing on severity, frequency, and duration.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
