Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and bipolar disorder. Our clients come from various backgrounds, necessitating an understanding of cultural sensitivities and the ability to provide tailored interventions that resonate with each individual's unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, preferably focusing on mood disorder treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in a telehealth capacity is advantageous, as well as familiarity with telehealth platforms that ensure secure and effective communication. Knowledge in administering psychometric tests and interpreting results to inform treatment planning will also be valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
