Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and families using diverse methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based techniques.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure clients receive holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies to clients in acute distress, applying your clinical expertise to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives and educational programs that promote mental health awareness, aiming to reduce stigma and increase access to resources.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and develop strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Exhibit a high level of cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling effective collaboration with diverse populations.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting or telehealth environment is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms to enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
