Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough telehealth assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns and develop accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Create individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using established therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and secure client records, including treatment progress notes and assessment documentation, adhering to ethical standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Conduct educational sessions for clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
