In this full-time position, you will provide exceptional mental health care through telehealth services, allowing you to reach clients in the comfort of their homes while making a significant impact on their lives. Compensation ranges between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with opportunities for additional bonuses.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations during initial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, symptoms, and needs.
\n
• Develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families that address specific mental health challenges and recovery goals.
\n
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to promote healing and growth.
\n
• Monitor client progress systematically, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary and providing timely feedback and support.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, to create cohesive intervention strategies that lead to optimal client outcomes.

• Manage referrals to additional services and follow up on client care, ensuring seamless support across different areas of health and wellness.
\n
• Educate and empower clients and their families to cope with challenges, fostering a supportive environment that encourages open dialogue about mental health.

• Document and maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and practice standards, utilizing electronic health record systems like AVATAR.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on serving a diverse population of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and stress management challenges. By employing a telehealth model, you will have the opportunity to connect with clients across Fort Worth and beyond, addressing both urgent and chronic mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is required.
\n
• Successful completion and passing score obtained in the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counselor Examination (NCMHCE).
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex therapeutic concepts clearly to clients.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a sympathetic nature and the ability to build trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience working as a mental health counselor, with a demonstrated history of successful outcomes in a clinical setting.

• Familiarity with American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) best practices and relevant clinical guidelines.

• Experience working with clients facing co-occurring physical health conditions, emotional disorders, and addiction issues is advantageous.
\n
• Proficiency in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly AVATAR.
