In this role, you will work in a fully remote capacity, utilizing our telehealth platform to conduct counseling sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs, establishing effective diagnosis and treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Deliver high-quality counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences.

• Document all client interactions meticulously in compliance with best practices and legal documentation standards, tracking progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, referring clients to additional resources when required to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Ensure the confidentiality of client information at all times, adhering to HIPAA regulations and our organization’s privacy policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals and families coping with a wide array of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, understanding their unique experiences and cultural contexts, which will inform your therapeutic approach and interventions. This role is pivotal in increasing access to mental health care, particularly for individuals who may face barriers to traditional in-person counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a counseling capacity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
