Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support for individuals experiencing substance-related emergencies.

• Educating patients and their families on addiction, recovery options, and available community resources.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of patient interactions and progress in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing substance use disorders, ranging from early recovery to those needing ongoing support. Our clients represent diverse backgrounds and experiences, making it essential for counselors to apply culturally sensitive and adaptable treatment approaches that resonate with each individual's unique context. You will support clients in understanding their addictions, developing coping strategies, and rebuilding their lives.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Washington state.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
