Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, including clinical interviews and psychological evaluations, to accurately understand clients' mental health concerns and formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are rooted in evidence-based practices tailored to each client's specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, ensuring a compassionate and client-centered approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with span a broad demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will enable you to provide individualized care that respects each client's unique background, experiences, and therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a commitment to high-quality client care.

• At least two years of relevant experience providing mental health therapy in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, set between USD 85,000 and USD 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
