Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing flexibility for the right candidate to balance their professional and personal commitments. You will engage with clients via a secure telehealth platform, enabling continuous support while minimizing logistical barriers. Our remote work environment champions mental wellness and work-life balance, abiding by a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mood disorder symptoms, considering severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that align with their specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively manage mood disorders.

• Provide educational resources and support to enhance client understanding of their conditions, treatment options, and strategies for self-care.

• Track and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans and interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and cohesive care for every client.

• Stay informed of current research, best practices, and advancements in mood disorder treatments to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, emphasizing confidentiality and professionalism.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to sharpen your clinical skills.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs, working diligently to reduce stigma and promote acceptance of mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. As part of your responsibilities, you will build therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds, understanding the unique challenges they face and supporting them in their journey toward improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Solid proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities tailored for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
