Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, focusing on enhancing their mental health and well-being.

• Utilize our all-in-one counselor dashboard to manage client interactions efficiently, allowing for live video sessions, secure messaging, and progress tracking.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve a patient population of stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. All clients are meticulously screened to ensure they are suitable for telehealth therapy and possess clear therapeutic goals. You will be matched with clients who align with your specialized skills and demographic preferences, maximizing both your effectiveness and satisfaction in the role.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current, unrestricted state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to practice independently without supervision. Note: No limited or provisional licenses are accepted.

Preferred Experience\n

We are seeking candidates who not only meet the qualifications but also possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting. Compensation and Benefits\n
