Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseload effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions on governing boards.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, preference will be given to those with a history of providing teletherapy services and familiarity with mental health software platforms for scheduling and documentation. Experience working with diverse populations and in various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices, will particularly enhance your application.
